Julie and Dave's stunning wedding in the gorgeous Mykonos combined everything I love about destination weddings. Beautiful views, intimate ceremony, chilled atmosphere and a couple who radiated love.
Arriving 3 days early I hired a car and spent time exploring and grabbing footage of the beautiful island. Julie and Dave started their wedding day with yoga at sunrise, then opted for a ceremony at a nearby lighthouse at sundown. The views were breathtaking and the vibe was beautiful and relaxed. The ceremony was conducted by close friend Jess which added a personal touch to an already emotional and intimate wedding.
Guests coolly hid their tears behind sunshades and as the service ended they watched the sun go down in the distance. Afterwards it was on to a cliff top villa to party into the night!
I was in the best company with the awesome Anna Pumer (see pics!) shooting the wedding and the Mykonos vibe stayed with me long after I returned home.
