Yvette and James lived every James Bond fans dream when they got married at the stunning Villa del Balbianello overlooking Lake Como. Steeped in rustic history and surrounded by elaborate terraced gardens the venue featured in Casino Royale was completely jaw-dropping. Flying out a few days early I explored Milan and had the joy of flying the drone over Lake Como and aerial hunting for George Clooney’s house ;-)
It was Yvette’s dad’s dream that he and his daughter arrived at the venue in a wooden Bond style boat and that was precisely what they did, it was an emotional and stunning journey. The ceremony took place under beautiful arches abreast of Lake Como.
Renowned Wedding Planner Alexis Walker created a true masterpiece wedding from start to finish. The reception was a classic party with a 7 course meal. The evening was accompanied by epic thunderstorms heightening the atmosphere.
